Good features, some room for improvement

I used Amplemarket's Lead Generation and Email Sequence Automation for my team. The lead quality was generally high, and the email sequences saved us a ton of time. Setup took a bit longer than I expected to integrate with our CRM, and the UI felt a little clunky in spots. Customer support was helpful when I ran into an issue, but it took a day to get a full resolution. Overall, it's a solid platform for sales outreach, but I hope they refine the interface.

We've been using Amplemarket for about two years now, mostly for their Lead Routing and Automated Follow-ups. This last experience was just as good as previous ones. The system is reliable, and the automations always work without a hitch. It's comforting to know we can count on it for our outbound efforts. They keep adding new features too, which is nice. That's why we keep coming back.

Worked out pretty well

Gave Amplemarket a try for their Sales Prospecting Tool. It was pretty straightforward to get going. Found some good leads that way, way faster than doing it by hand. The data enrichment was a nice bonus, filled in a lot of blanks. The monthly billing option was good too, so we weren't locked in right away. Happy with it.

Integrating with Salesforce was relatively smooth, though it required a dedicated support call to finalize some field mappings. We particularly appreciated the depth of the lead data provided; the Buying Intent Signals were especially useful for prioritizing outreach. The LinkedIn Automation worked as advertised, saving significant time. The sales analytics dashboard provided clear insights into campaign performance, allowing for quick adjustments. While the platform is powerful, a more intuitive initial walkthrough for new users would be beneficial.
